    Developing a new strategic engagement and resource mobilization plan for the primary Pacific multilateral supporting Pacific Island nations on environment and climate change research and policy.

  • Great Barrier Reef Foundation

    Serving as Strategic Advisor on a new Resilience Accelerator program to build a pipeline of locally-led climate adaptation projects in the Pacific. Partner with donors, NGOs, and regional and national governments, as well as develop the project co-design process and relevant frameworks and tools.

    Supporting design of a new project connecting CPI’s global climate initiative with local governments in Aotearoa New Zealand to mainstream climate action. Developing a climate mainstreaming curriculum and coaching pilot delivery with a council.

    Partnered on development of the Foundation’s new strategic plan focused on building system readiness to incubate Indigenous-led climate and nature solutions.

    Advised on design of Institute’s strategy, including development of executive education programs for resilience practitioners and a community of practice on resilient infrastructure.

    Co-developed with Conservation International global guidance on the national government policies needed to create the enabling environment for high integrity nature markets.

    Collaborated on the development of an Oceans Roadmap for New Zealand, articulating the value and potential of a more integrated national oceans policy.
