Partnering on a review of the Foundation's climate resilience portfolio to better understand the impacts of its grant-making and craft knowledge materials that can celebrate and share those accomplishments and learning. This includes developing a series of resilience case studies.

Co-designed a pilot program working with local governments in Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia to mainstream climate action. Including designing a climate mainstreaming curriculum and learning partnership, and serving as a coach and facilitator to Dunedin City Council.

Serving as Strategic Advisor on a new Resilience Accelerator program to build a pipeline of locally-led climate adaptation projects in the Pacific. Partner with donors, NGOs, and regional and national governments, as well as develop the project co-design process and relevant frameworks and tools.

Partnering with colleagues across the region to advocate for more equitable and localised philanthropic giving in the Pacific.

Developed a new strategic engagement plan for the primary Pacific multilateral supporting Pacific Island nations on environment and climate change research and policy.

Partnered on development of the Foundation’s new strategic plan focused on building system readiness to incubate Indigenous-led climate and nature solutions.

Serving as a knowledge and learning partner for a large scale restoration initiative across Oceania. Facilitating stakeholder conversations, supporting the development of co-design goals, and advising on learning and adaptive management as the program progresses.

Designed several options for a new rapid response pooled fund for Indigenous organisations to access the commercial and legal advice they wato negotiate carbon credit projects on their land.

In partnership with EcoAdvisors, co-developed global guidance on the national government policies needed to create the enabling environment for high integrity nature markets.

Advised on design of Institute’s strategy, including development of executive education programs for resilience practitioners and a community of practice on resilient infrastructure.

Collaborated on the development of an Oceans Roadmap for New Zealand, articulating the value and potential of a more integrated national oceans policy.

Co-developed a risk and resilience framework to build capacity of grantees.
